Rates:

Homes prices are listed individually, watch for “Specials” on our site, or call to inquire.

Fees:

Sales and lodging taxes of 10.6% will apply to the rental fee.

A one time cleaning fee.

Policies:

• Signed rental agreement and 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.
• Until confimed, rates are subjec to change without notice.
• Call to inquire about Early check in and Late Check out - offered on individual basis.
• Pet friendly (Please inquire, limits may apply)
• No smoking.

Directions:

We do not publish specific addresses to our homes locations.  The “Star” locations
indicate approximate locations only. You will receive details directions when reservations are complete.
